We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure that software applications meet business requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and provide solutions to improve software quality and performance.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with team members, and participate in training and mentoring programs to ensure that the team has the necessary skills to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot, as well as front-end technologies such as React and Restful APIs.

  • SQL Databases: Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to design and implement database solutions.
