We are Sinch, a global leader in mobile engagement. Our mission is to empower businesses to interact with their customers in innovative ways. As our new Account Manager in Mexico, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.
We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in complex sales, with a strong background in Enterprise sales and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences
**Requirements:**
4+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on complex sales and Enterprise accounts
Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
**Nice to Have:**
Experience working in a SaaS-based environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Intermediate or Advanced level of English
