Job Summary:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and resilience of our services.

Your goal is to maintain high standards of reliability and guarantee continuous operations. To achieve this, you will monitor system availability, latency, performance, and capacity to ensure efficient service delivery. You will also manage incidents by monitoring, responding to alerts, and conducting post-mortem analyses.

Additionally, you will collaborate on software architectures that prioritize resilience and high-performance, focusing on complex distributed systems. This includes applying solutions from various computer science areas, such as artificial intelligence, distributed computing, and security.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and core Internet systems concepts.
  • Experience with service orchestration and software pipelines.
  • Expertise in monitoring and incident management.
  • Senior-level understanding of Internet protocols (IP, DNS, HTTP).
  • Proficiency in application troubleshooting across systems and services.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Understanding of operating system internals.
  • Experience with virtualization, containerization, and underlying concepts.
  • Knowledge of distributed system architectures.
  • Programming/scripting skills for automation.
  • Familiarity with the SRE model.
  • Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
