Accounting and Finance Leader

The Accounting and Finance Leader will oversee all financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is critical to the company's strategic growth and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the company's financial performance.
  3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  6. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting leadership roles.
  3. Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
  4. Understanding of the iGaming industry and its financial dynamics.
  5. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
  6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
