We are seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Aides to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
This is a full-time and part-time position available with a sign-on bonus for new hires. We offer flexible scheduling, including evening and overnight shifts, to accommodate various lifestyles.
In this role, you will provide direct care and assistance to residents, including assistance with daily living needs and functions. You will work in accordance with established facility practices and regulatory guidelines, receiving direction from RN or LPN.
As a certified nurse aide, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Previous experience as a CNA is desirable but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide basic care and support to residents, including feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to RN or LPN
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensure required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Previous experience as a CNA a plus
