We are seeking an experienced customer support professional to lead our technical staff and provide exceptional service.
- Manage day-to-day operations, drive key metrics, and deliver best-in-class customer support.
- Lead a team of engineers in responding to problem cases and guiding colleagues in case flow management.
- Coach the team on systematic methods for triage, research, diagnosis, and solution provision.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 8+ years of technical support experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Foundational knowledge of technology components such as relational databases, Linux and Windows operating systems, SQL, Java, scripting languages, and web application servers.
