Technical Support Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers. This role involves providing timely and effective incident resolution, managing concurrent incidents in a ticketing system, and adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as responsiveness SLAs and productivity goals.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle challenging customer interactions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
You will collaborate with global support engineers across the product area to drive positive customer outcomes and maintain broad knowledge of the product area while developing deep component expertise.
Additionally, you will participate in knowledge transfer activities by creating knowledge base articles and wiki documents to proactively proliferate knowledge within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications- College degree preferable in Information Technology/Computer Science area
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Experience in product Support, Software Development, IT, or Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in ABAP and Java debugging, SAP ERP functional or technical knowledge, or SAP PI (Graphical Mappings, java mappings, Runtime Workbench, NetWeaver Administrator)
