Dynamic Support Internship

This internship is an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and global company. You will work closely with our team to provide state-of-the-art support services to customers, analyze and resolve reported incidents, and participate in global projects.

  • Enable customers to implement and operate their solutions efficiently by providing expert support services.
  • Analyze and resolve reported incidents through knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge documentation.
  • Participate in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Experience or eagerness to learn in an IT related area.
  • Familiarity with business software and/or business processes is a plus.
  • Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Advanced English language skills are required.
  • Undergraduate students in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas are preferred.
  • Knowledge in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving/analytical skills are essential.
