About the Role

This role provides operational support across logistics processes, focusing on ocean and air freight. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, including documentation and process flows.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support and monitor air and ocean freight shipments to ensure continuity and accuracy in daily operations.
  • Coordinate and assist with intermodal processes for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and execution across modes.
  • Maintain organized records, support data entry, and monitor workflow efficiency to guarantee quality in documentation and process accuracy.
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior knowledge of logistics processes, air and ocean freight.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to build and maintain trust among team members.
