Global Pay and Benefits Expert

The Global Payments team plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and contractors worldwide. This team focuses on automating global employee & contractor payments, collaborating closely with International Expansion to implement new payment requirements as they arise. The team also operationalizes new payment rails and implements comprehensive payout solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, maintain, and distribute global pay data and benefits packages, aligning with local customs, benchmarks, compliance, and other regulations, while liaising with vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Provide top-notch recommendations to employers hiring globally, reflecting local expectations, not just what international vendors can offer as a way of benefits packages or salary benchmarking data.
- Manage relationships with key insurance providers to stay up-to-date with various 'duty of care' insurance and benefit options.
- Liaise with internal key stakeholders, including operations and product teams, to ensure global pay data and benefits data is effectively communicated, implemented, and managed.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing insurance products and global pay data and benefits.
- Ability to explain complex topics in easy-to-understand and concise language.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner and under strict time constraints.
- Passion for solving problems for customers all day.
- Good background at a HR SaaS company.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams - both internal and external.
- Self-starter and great communication skills.
- Attention to detail with swift execution.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
