Sr. Market Access Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Market Access Manager to co-create and implement market access strategies for specific therapeutic areas of our portfolio in Brazil.

  • Analyze market access trends/changes in health policies and continuously map reimbursement and financing policies for health technologies in the private and public markets in Brazil.
  • Anticipate and identify market access barriers at local levels to reimburse new health technologies.
  • Develop and prepare the market access strategy for new technologies, mapping requirements and local reimbursement policies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian healthcare market and experience leading multi-functional teams through influence and capabilities such as adaptability, resilience, strategic mindset, and teamwork.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A college degree is required.
  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience, with at least five years in the pharma sector focusing on market access and health economics areas.

This role requires strong leadership results both with or without direct report authority and experience leading and managing in a matrix environment.
