We are seeking an experienced Bid Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Publisher Professional Services team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying optimization opportunities, conducting configurations to improve performance, managing support and break-fix escalations, and working closely with Account Managers, R&D, and Product teams.
Your primary objective will be to optimize and improve the performance of our publishers by leveraging data trends, formulating actionable strategies, and monitoring and resolving technical issues.
You will work in a diverse global team towards optimizing existing and new accounts, collaborating daily with Account Managers, Product R&D, and directly with clients. You will also be responsible for supporting the rollout of new features, performing in-depth troubleshooting, and sharing your knowledge through technical notes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Solid understanding of web front-end technologies including JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging data trends to identify opportunities and formulate actionable strategies for performance enhancement.
- Ability to monitor and resolve technical issues with existing integrations, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and diagnosing and resolving technical bidder issues.
- Proficiency in SQL and extracting and analyzing data from databases to derive insights.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
