Job Overview

To succeed as a Content Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with content creators who stream our games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for a group of streamers, ensuring they are satisfied and engaged.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by understanding each streamer's goals and tailoring incentives to support them.
  • Proactively monitor streamer performance, content quality, and frequency of streams.
  • Provide timely updates, game releases, and promotional opportunities to streamers.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs, campaigns, and exclusive offers to encourage frequent and high-quality streaming of our titles.
  • Work closely with the team leader to align on strategy and report on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for streamers.
  • Identify new talent and assist with onboarding processes where required.
