Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receiving and Stocking: Receives, inspects, and stocks inbound products.
  2. Returns and Inventory Management: Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition, and completes paperwork.
  3. Order Fulfillment: Obtains orders and selects products from the proper locations.
  4. Order Verification: Verifies accuracy of orders picked.
  5. Packing and Shipping: Stages and securely packs products.
  6. Logistics Coordination: Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts carriers, and coordinates schedule.
  7. Product Handling: Handles products and performs duties according to client procedures and government/compliance regulations.
  8. Palletization and Loading: Palletizes cases, wraps, and loads skids onto trailers.
  9. Shipping Documentation: Creates shipping labels and other paperwork for parcels to maintain accurate shipping data in warehouse management system.
  10. Machinery Operation: Safely operates various power equipment.
  11. Customer Service: Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent - Preferred
  2. Experience: Warehouse experience - Preferred
  3. Availability: Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
