Director of Program Management

As a seasoned program director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all technical work streams on cloud-based platforms and enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive project management to ensure continuous improvement in program delivery.
- Identify and build strong relationships with stakeholders and business users involved in various projects.
- Support and coach team members through the project processes.
- Line management responsibilities for the project team.
- Oversee and support wider project teams, ensuring deliverables and projects stay on track and meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of cloud-based technologies, including business, functional, and technical aspects.
- Ability to escalate and mitigate effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity but drives predictability.
- Self-motivated and self-starter with a desire to learn.
- Attention to detail and completer-finisher with the ability to take a helicopter view.
- Keeps composure under pressure and takes ownership of customer outcomes.
- Good understanding of agile and waterfall delivery methods.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Ability to work at all levels of project assignment.
