Customer Order Management Specialist

About this role, we are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer orders from entry to delivery and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include direct communication with customers, collaboration with sales, distribution, and manufacturing teams, and gaining foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and have a customer-centric mindset. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required, with SAP knowledge being an advantage.
