Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Quality Laboratory team to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
- Manage materials, production, metrology, customer complaints, and audit processes efficiently.
- Approve suppliers through SPAP, maintain control device functionality, and implement technical improvements.
- Develop procedures and reports, manage laboratory activities, and safeguard confidentiality and customer property.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations (Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Production).
- At least 3-5 years of management experience (flexibility for internal recruitment).
- Proven project management skills.
- Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a technological field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Familiarity with lean tools, statistical analysis, and measurement uncertainty.
