Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a generalist, supporting operational client groups in a fast-paced production environment. You will work closely with leaders to manage employee matters, coach on performance and talent development, and shape organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Design and execute leadership development programs from supervisor to managerial levels.
  • Analyze and consolidate HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, attrition, fill rates).
  • Manage indirect employee services such as shuttle transportation and food services.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans for the employee experience and design DEI programs.
  • Lead PXT agenda in the warehouse and collaborate with leaders to align practices with organizational goals.
A Day in the Life
  • Collaborate with HR Assistants to create the best experience for employees.
  • Report and analyze HR metrics and goals.
  • Participate in daily operations meetings and monitor workforce planning.
  • Conduct Gemba walks and monitor shop-floor processes from a labor and employee relations perspective.
  • Communicate metrics and indicators to the Brazil PXT Operations team.
  • Lead PXT and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Promote an inclusive environment through local initiatives and affinity groups.
  • Support onboarding, performance management, engagement processes, and benefits services.
  • Train, develop, and support leadership decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of Generalist HR experience.
  • Experience supporting large operational client groups (factories, warehouses, call centers, etc.).
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
