Drive Epic Projects from Start to Finish

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Producer to partner with cross-discipline leadership on the development of the Creator Portal, Creator Economy, and multi-game initiatives.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our roadmap works towards achieving our goals and that we are effectively prioritizing the tools and features we release.

  • Lead roadmap planning activities for your initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing.
  • Partner with discipline leads to determine the time and people necessary to see projects through to completion.
  • Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing resources globally as they pertain to resource allocation and actuals.
  • Collaborating with producers and other disciplines on the development teams needed to complete initiatives.
  • Communicating frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigations.

Experience Required:

  • Online services, platform technologies, or SaaS systems.
  • Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.
  • A deep understanding of game or platform development, software development process, and project management practices.
