What You'll Do
  • Lead a high-performing sales team in Brazil, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new opportunities and deepen relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Account Management, and Product, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executive customers, driving deal closure and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this insight to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Who You Are
  • A seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases in Brazil.
  • Extensive experience working in Enterprise B2B sales, with a deep understanding of long sales cycles and high-touch sales approaches.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing transactional volume-based commercial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A data-driven approach to sales, with a focus on using metrics and insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
