Brand and Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Brand and Creative Designer to drive our visual communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand story and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and refine our brand identity, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.
  2. Design compelling product packaging that balances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
  3. Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and point-of-purchase displays that engage customers and drive sales.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and online advertisements.
  5. Produce outstanding product photography and lifestyle imagery that showcases our products and resonates with our target audience.
  6. Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and platforms, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging design technologies to continuously innovate and improve our visual communications.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives and timelines.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality control and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in brand identity development and packaging design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, packaging design, digital media, and photography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with printing processes, packaging materials, and sustainable design practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
