Business Development Manager Job DescriptionThe primary role is to identify and convert financial advisors into Introducing Brokers (Partners). This involves promoting our platform for international investment diversification.
- Develop strategic alliances and maintain productive relationships with financial advisors.
- Utilize prospecting strategies via LinkedIn, follow-up calls, virtual and in-person meetings, and when necessary, international meetings.
- Provide continuous support and training to enhance partners' capabilities.
- Manage relationship data through the CRM system PipeDrive.
- Monitor and optimize partner performance.
Requirements
- Experience in business development and commercial relationship management.
- Sales and commercial experience.
- Experience in prospecting via LinkedIn.
- Experience with initial calls and establishing new business relationships.
- Self-motivation.
- Strong desire to generate revenue.
