Job Title: Elementary Head Teacher

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Elementary Head Teacher to join our team at Red House International School. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our elementary education program, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in the 21st century.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the elementary education program, including curriculum development, teacher support, and student assessment.
  • Collaborate with our academic leadership team to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and policies.
  • Provide coaching and support to our elementary teachers to ensure they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the broader school community to ensure that our students receive a well-rounded education.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in elementary education and implement new ideas and approaches to improve student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in elementary education, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and the broader school community.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a commitment to student-centered education.
