This is a pivotal leadership position within the Content Strategy team, serving as the primary point of contact with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing best practices for content decisions in conjunction with local leadership, ensuring effective collaboration across Marketing and Content teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a customer-centric content portfolio and calendar that drives growth and retention to achieve service goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data for content development and acquisition to grow priority customers.
- Sherpa portfolio and content strategy, highlighting audience needs across a 5-year horizon.
- Scale tools and mechanisms developed by the central team and adapt them for local needs.
- Implement global tenets and mechanisms to ensure alignment with global calendars and strategies.
- Represent market voice on content decisions from production factories.
- Maintain awareness of budget constraints when providing inputs to stakeholders.
The Content Strategy team owns the strategic perspective on overall programming and scheduling across originals and licensing for Prime Video in Brazil.
The group builds the portfolio and schedules originals and licensed programs to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
The team focuses on audience needs while building a release calendar and acquiring local content.
