Key Performance Indicator Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analyst to extract valuable insights from complex data, helping business colleagues make informed decisions. The primary goal of this position is to take large volumes of data, distill key performance indicators, and drive problem-solving.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying relevant data sources.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data. A solid understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment is a plus. Advanced English language proficiency is required.
