Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to lead our team in ensuring efficient shipping processes and delivery of customer orders. This role involves overseeing all inbound/outbound operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes. They will also lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates, driving operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes
  • Lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates (100+ employees)
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures
  • Optimize resource allocation and labor planning
  • Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Employee and performance management experience
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles
  • Advanced English skills
  • Data-driven decision making skills
