We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our high-performing team in South America.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting or customer success roles within the SaaS industry.
The role is responsible for driving post-sales activities including onboarding, consulting and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with sales teams to craft tailored solutions that address customer needs and drive value.
- Assisting with product demonstrations, presentations and workshops to showcase the capabilities of our platform.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers offering strategic guidance on leveraging our products to achieve business goals and drive ROI.
