
South America Regional Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead customer success initiatives in our South America region. As a Customer Success Manager and Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion in this vibrant market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of our CEE platform with existing customer infrastructure.
- Solution Consulting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions that address customer needs and drive value.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of our solutions.
- Account Management: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance on leveraging our products to achieve business goals.
You will be responsible for conducting deep discovery sessions with prospective and current customers to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges. Additionally, you will represent us at industry events, conferences, and meetups in the South America region, building brand awareness and fostering relationships within the community.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or customer success roles within the SaaS or MarTech industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, supporting multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
- Startup experience or familiarity with the startup culture is highly desirable.
