We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to drive growth through empowering partners. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who want to excel in customer outcomes by fostering successful partnerships.
About the Role- Work closely with Partnership and Customer Success teams to share portfolio insights of partners, aligning strategies for optimal retention and satisfaction across their customer portfolios.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance and align their customer success practices with best-in-class methodologies, ensuring scalability and business-oriented solutions.
- Serve as the primary post-sale customer success expert in our partnership organization, working closely with regional leaders to develop strategic plans.
- Provide onboarding and training for new partners to ensure they can leverage monday.com effectively.
- Develop and execute plans with partners to drive customer outcomes, increase Net Dollar Retention (NDR), and scale client success initiatives.
This is a key position that will shape our Partnerships' Customer Success strategy and Customer Excellence team. You'll build foundations for our partner-focused customer success program, aligning proven CS practices with scalable business-oriented solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experienced Customer Success professional with a track record of driving growth through partnerships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and develop strategic plans.
- Proven experience in onboarding and training partners.
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices.
