Drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction by fostering strategic partnerships. As a Partner Engagement Expert, you'll bridge the gap between customer success and partner enablement.
- Skillful Collaboration: Work closely with partners to identify growth opportunities, develop joint strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for customers.
- Proactive Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and address renewal risks through coordinated efforts with partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Growth: Develop tailored plans with partners to drive adoption and upsell opportunities in high-potential accounts.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor progress and implement process enhancements to meet or exceed target goals for partner renewal rates, net revenue retention, and customer NPS.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric professional to join our team. With a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in customer success, customer experience management, account management, or consulting engagement management, you'll be well-equipped to deliver value-driven solutions.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master's or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Analytics being a plus. Industry expertise in technology, finance, or healthcare is also advantageous.
