Job Title: Assistant Director

This role contributes significantly to the overall strategic success of the university. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition department, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, managing major projects or programs within a department, and providing supervision for one or more functions.

  • Assists in the management of a department or work unit, working closely with the department director to ensure smooth operation.
  • Develops, administers, and evaluates major programs or projects, collaborating with other departments and work units to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for interacting and developing partnerships with various stakeholders to attain departmental outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess effective leadership and management skills, experience managing complex budgets, skill in program development and execution, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience. Additional advanced degrees or certifications may also be considered.
