Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Lead to drive sales growth and revenue for our organization.

About the Role
  • Understand our products and services, articulating their functions and benefits to external audiences;
  • Generate new business by identifying specific prospects, communicating the value proposition, and establishing long-term partnerships;
  • Work with executives at interested businesses to negotiate and close deals, and assist with onboarding;
  • Partner with technology leaders and solution providers, and collaborate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue high-value business opportunities;
  • Prioritize and manage multiple sales leads simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication;
Business Development:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, fostering trust and understanding of our value proposition;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each account.
Account Management:
  • Develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue growth and retention;
  • Regularly review and analyze account performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales environments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools, such as CRM software and sales analytics platforms;
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
