Job Title: Key Proposal Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our proposal process. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate data, follow up with other departments, and create meeting minutes to assist Proposal Managers with proposal preparation.
  • Manage opportunities of low complexity with support and shadow or assist senior colleagues on medium-complexity opportunities.
  • Review and analyze RFI and/or RFP documents to gain understanding of client requirements.
  • Collate follow-up questions for additional information as requested and attend strategic calls related to the opportunity.
  • Work across the organization in a matrix environment to facilitate the process and complete deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in budget and/or text development or an equivalent combination of education and CRO/pharma/related experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated computer skills - requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
