This is a vital position that involves driving outcomes and creating lasting value for clients. As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of leading enterprises.
- Develop technical expertise in interfaces and integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Collaborate with ERPs to implement new electronic invoice layouts associated with Brazil Tax Reform.
- Configure applications, including systemic updates and adjustments, and/or development of integrations for eComex SaaS, OSGT, Mastersaf DFE, and Tax One.
- Prepare and participate in status reports and meetings.
- At least 5 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in tools like Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, and OSGT.
- Proven experience in Brazil localization.
- Business English is mandatory, apart from native Portuguese skills.
- Self-motivated and quick to learn new systems and processes.
