Operations Expert

Job Summary:

We seek a senior operations professional to join our global team. As an expert in procurement strategy, you will work with case teams to deliver knowledge assets and analysis to clients.

This is a unique opportunity to develop intellectual property and manage content on internal websites, ensuring the latest high-quality information is available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving problem-solving and solutioning for clients through insights and pragmatic solutions tailored to their business context.
  • Leading development and commercialization of procurement knowledge and assets, aiming to innovate offers and enhance go-to-market approaches.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in operations/procurement required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of industry or specific sector experience.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum procurement experience required; 4-6+ years of procurement experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor/Master degree from a reputable university with demonstrated academic achievements.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint). Additional programming skills are a plus.
  • Good communication skills to manage senior stakeholders' expectations.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus (Spanish/German).
