Job Title: Compensation Operations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Operations Expert to lead our payroll operations in Brazil, with additional exposure to LATAM payroll processing for Chile, Colombia and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Brazilian payroll regulations and processes, as well as experience with managing payroll operations across multiple countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain employee data confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Extensive experience in payroll processing and management, with specific expertise in Brazilian payroll
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions
  • Familiarity with US and Canada payroll systems and exposure to North American payroll regulations is a plus
