Job Overview

 

  • Define and Deliver Strategic Payment Vision:
  • Create a comprehensive roadmap for local payment methods, aligning with our company's overarching strategy.

 

  • Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for local payment methods, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/design, marketing, operations, and compliance, to deliver payment products that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

 

  • Channel Partner Management:
  • Manage external channel partners (acquirers, wallets, PSPs), leading selection and ongoing relationship management to ensure seamless payment processing and optimize revenue growth.

 

Requirements

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or banking, with at least 2 years focused on payment solutions.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of local payment methods, ability to improve payment success rates, and reduce payment costs. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
