Job Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing technical tasks across no-code platforms and automation tools with clear direction, defined tickets, and a collaborative environment. Your role is to bring complex systems to life efficiently and effectively.

  • Execute product and operations tickets in a no-code/low-code environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design, build, and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Configure workflows inside GoHighLevel or other CRMs, creating customized solutions that meet business needs.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Stripe integrations, ensuring secure and reliable payment processing.
  • Identify and flag blockers or inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with product and ops teams, leveraging technology to facilitate communication and decision-making.
  • Document technical builds for transparency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in product support, enablement, or technical operations, with a strong background in software development, IT, or a related field.
  • Hands-on skills with: Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools; GoHighLevel or CRMs like HubSpot; Stripe or equivalent payment platforms.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication – clear, concise, and professional.
  • Reliability, time management, and a commitment to delivering results on time.
