Your tasks will encompass aiding in the onboarding of new employees, coordinating employee engagement activities, and assisting with various HR initiatives and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Provide initial support to employees and managers through the Employee Center platform; Assist in the management of hiring, separations, and other HR-related tasks; Update and maintain content on the Zendesk platform; Deliver prompt and effective assistance for employee inquiries and concerns; Identify opportunities to enhance cross-departmental processes to boost operational efficiency; Maintain a thorough repository of procedures, tools, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance; Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR operations.Qualifications
Proficient in written English; Spoken English (Preferred); Intermediate skills in Office / Sheets (Preferred); At least 2 years remaining until graduation;Next Steps
