Technical Sales Role

We are seeking an experienced technical sales professional to support new market development and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industrial or chemical sector, preferably with experience in B2B sales and certification processes (PPAP).

About the Position:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and licensees.
  • Drive business development initiatives across Brazil, focusing on new markets and sectors.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers on certification processes (PPAP) and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to licensees for new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with international technical-commercial teams to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Support backlog management and order follow-up for licensees.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in the industrial or chemical sector.
  • Strong background in the automotive industry, preferably with certification/PPAP processes or special coatings/chemical products.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering, or in Business Administration.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating across international teams.
