Your role as Industrial Territory Growth Manager involves driving growth in assigned territories by expanding equipment sales, managing people to attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams, collaborating with sellers and resellers to achieve market participation goals, promoting products through fairs and exhibitions, maintaining price levels, and providing training and technical support.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and/or account management.
- Advanced language proficiency in English, basic in Spanish.
