
Business Regional Manager-Industrial Flow South America

Your function:
- Develop, apply, and manage strategies aimed at the hygienic market, focusing on its growth in the assigned territory by developing equipment sales business;
- Focus on and care for people management, aiming to attract, retain, and develop team members;
- Follow, seek, and/or achieve market participation goals according to the business plan, in collaboration with sellers, distributors, and resellers;
- Participate in promotional activities such as fairs and exhibitions, preparing technical dissemination materials for specialized magazines;
- Establish and monitor price levels and competitors' performance to explore market opportunities;
- Coordinate training and technical support materials for distributors, resellers, and representatives, providing persuasive arguments, comparing the company's products with similar ones in the market, and highlighting advantages.

- Continuous pursuit of improvement in soft skills and technical knowledge;

Knowledge requirements:
- Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Advanced knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques;
- Sales team management experience.
