Customer Support Specialist

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and engineering support services, preventive maintenance repairs, and promote satisfaction with Revvity equipment. Focused on the city of Curitiba – state of Paraná, with nationwide service for instruments in the Human Reproduction, Diagnostic, Life Science, and Molecular Biology Lines (AUTOMATED PIPETTORS), liquid transfer equipment, Liquid Handling Repairs, Pipetting Automation, and DNA extractors, service to blood centers and hospitals, 20-hour SLA, and on-call shifts at least once a month on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Utilize conflict management and mediation skills to resolve issues with end customers and internal stakeholders.
