We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Revvity do Brasil Ltda. in Brazil. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical and engineering support services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Revvity equipment, including preventive maintenance repairs and troubleshooting.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our products.
- Work closely with our engineering team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures.
