Gaming Customer Support Role

We are seeking experienced Gaming Customer Support Agents with English language proficiency to join our team at Customer Umbrella LTD.

This is a full-time remote job opportunity in the Mobile Games sector, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to players via email.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to player inquiries via email, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to gaming.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of email etiquette and customer service best practices.
  • Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
  • Minimum system requirements: Windows 15.6'' AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, GHz / AMD Radeon Vega 8 / 32GB / SSD - 512GB.
  • Computer skills, including fast and accurate keyboard writing speed.
  • Uninterrupted electricity and/or UPS (power backup).
  • Mobile Gaming, PC Gaming, Console Gaming, and E-sports knowledge is essential.
  • Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.

  • Shifts: 18:30-03:00 (evening), 01:00-09:30 (night) GMT+2.
