Work Configuration Specialist
">You will be responsible for gathering and understanding clients' unique business requirements and translating them into customized solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
">This includes designing, configuring, and maintaining optimized workflow solutions that help clients achieve their operational goals.
">Key responsibilities include:
">• Designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining client Workfront instances.
">• Supporting with Workfront Fusion integration needs.
">• Understanding architecture requirements to ensure the foundation is solid and appropriate sharing rules are in place.
">• Providing and being knowledgeable in 'best practices' in Workfront development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
">• Maintaining and enhancing existing Workfront instances, including updates, user management, and new feature rollouts.
">• Developing custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows to meet user needs.
">• Participating in requirement discussions to gain added insights from the customer needs.
">• Documenting and communicating the architecture strategy, and working with the execution team and project manager to establish timelines and schedules for implementation and measurement.
">• Collaborating with the delivery team and client regarding product definition, schedule, scope, and project-related decisions.
">• Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining features and applications of Workfront that will excite our client stakeholders.
">• Developing solutions that are Secure, Measurable, Usable, Reliable, Flexible, and Scalable.
">• Working collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team to plan sprints, expand stories into tasks, work on removing impediments, and execute at top velocity.
">• Staying current on Workfront platform updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
