The Role
  • Manage development & maintenance projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of superior quality results.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues that may impact project completion, including timely escalation to management.
  • Effectively handle complex customer discussions and manage project scope, change management, and financial concepts associated with project management.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, monitor performance, identify variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration and IT-related areas.
  • Strong Project Management skills, with certification a plus.
  • Fundamental understanding of Quality and Risk Management aspects.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and possess strong people leadership and management skills.
Work Experience
  • Broad experience managing software development projects, implementation projects, or equivalent experience with exceptional customer focus.
  • Experience leading teams and delivering successful results.
  • Experience managing customer expectations and establishing strong customer relationships.
