Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Product department, you will be responsible for leading our systems administration team, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, and driving technical innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems administration, with experience in managing enterprise-level environments, resolving complex technical issues, and mentoring junior engineers. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the systems administration team, ensuring high-quality delivery of product commitments;
  • Design and implement long-term engineering solutions for our web hosting services, optimizing performance and reliability;
  • Analyze system performance, identify technical issues, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services;
  • Monitor and optimize service performance using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and other tools;
  • Ensure uptime of core services, minimizing downtime and implementing effective retention strategies;

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in supporting enterprise-level Linux environments;
  • Proven track record of technically leading and mentoring engineering teams;
  • Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based systems;
  • C1-C2 English language proficiency;
  • Ongoing commitment to learning and professional development, with a passion for IT, engineering, and people management;
