Enterprise Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead customer success in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience running a disciplined, weekly review process with cross-functional teams to prioritize blockers and drive resolution.
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally and influence product roadmaps to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with strong relations to IT and exposure to projects related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, IoT.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide conversations about complex software.
  • Experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
  • A true team player capable of interacting with all departments and at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs is highly valued.
