Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our expanding Customer Success Team globally.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Customer Success Manager who has grown into a leadership role, driving revenue retention and growth through exceptional customer services.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, diplomatic, and problem-solving skills. As a lead, you will mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members while adapting to changing circumstances.

You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to analyze regional performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process changes to increase efficiency and achieve business objectives.

The right candidate will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, collaborating across departments, and seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop communication plans, set key performance indicators, and drive strategies to enhance customer engagement, improve retention rates, and increase customer success.
  • Customer Interactions: Resolve escalated customer issues, work closely with team members, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Team Management: Guide and support team members, help them navigate complex customer situations, improve their skills, and achieve their goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish trustworthy channels of communication, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product development, and Support teams to drive customer success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Excellent academic results and relevant degree in Business, Communication, or STEM.
  • Experience: Knowledge and passion for Customer Success, revenue management, and technology, with experience in SaaS or software industries.
  • Skills: Track record of delivering exceptional Customer Success results, commitment to continuous learning, and creative problem-solving.
